i have a table with 330m of rows and i want to disable count(*) just to run fast compare how can i do this?

i found that you have this parameter

<add key="disable.calculation.of.row.count" value="true"/>

but after that i put in this files :

DBBest.DataSuite.Console.exe.config

DBBest.DataSuite.Application.exe.config

the count(*) still executing

how can i do this without count ?

You cannot disable calculating row count in the fast data comparison operation. We must be sure that tables have equal number of rows before calculating table hash.

The configuration key "disable.calculation.of.row.count" is applied to other data operations to increase performance if you don't require progress information.

can you add parallel parameter for count(*) bacase if this is a huige table it is going to take a long time to count

but with parallel option this will do it faster
