Is there a way to include column order differences when comparing between Azure Data Warehouse?

I am having an issue where a new column is always added at the end of the target database table. This ends up breaking an ETL process that is column-order-specific. The Compare Tool does not seem to take column order into account when comparing between two data warehouses, so these types of differences are not caught. I could not find an option to include this in the comparison.
